PM Business Support Services is run by Pam Molyneux, a HR and people development specialist.

Pam is a HR and people development specialist and has spent 25 years in the arena of HR and people management, supporting managers and teams in the corporate and SME world. Within that time Pam has worked in the outsource arena for over 15 years, so is well versed to making it work for business owners and management teams and individuals.

Pam's passion is helping people and teams to develop from where they are today, to a place that better serves their long-term plans and immediate needs. Pam supports through training and coaching on a group and one to one basis and through delivering bespoke programmes.
